We offer a hosting service for your instances of the tool on our own infrastructure.

This formula is ideal for "without worry" use, or for small companies that do not own an internal IT infrastructure.
Support
ProjeQtOr offers free community support, through the forum of the site, but this support has no guarantee of reactivity or response time, nor guarantee of relevance of provided response as each member of the community can answer the request.
Through our support service, we can guarantee answers and solutions in committed delays. We can also provide corrective patches if needed.
Evolutions
Many changes are planned on the development roadmap of ProjeQtOr.
You can, if you wish to, sponsor an evolution to get a delivery as soon as possible.
Your company may also have specific or unidentified needs. You can then order a specific evolution.
Plug-ins
To go still further is customization of ProjeQtOr in order to integrate it into your Information Technology Infrastructure, we propose plug-ins that cover needs behond project management.

Assistance
To assist you promptly, we can work on site (in France) or remotely (via videoconferencing or audio-conferencing).

Training
We propose several standard training modules, covering needs for different populations of users :
- Main presentation : just to discover ProjeQtOr and its features.
- Project Leader: to master the planning feature and discover all the objects used by Project Leaders to manage their projects and teams.
- Team Member: to know basis of collaborative work with ProjeQtOr, such as know what has to be done and enter own activity follow-up.
- Administrator: to manage access rights, the different parameters and set-up of automations (automatic emails, alerts) in ProjeQtOr.
We can also adapt to your needs and propose specific training course that will be adapted to your requirements.
