I think I noticed an anomaly on the sending of emails by project.
When sending emails by project are configured, some mailings are not done so they should.
In the log file, I then find this (a recipient is however well defined on all the sending of mails):
2021-01-19 23:34:51.306 ===== TRACE ===== sendMailIfMailable : Mails without dest
Below, 2 cases tested and the problems observed.
Case 1 :
Configured sending of emails :
Email sending on Incident type ticket, Project 1, on new status Done.
Email sending on Anomaly type ticket, Project 1, on new status Done.
Result :
No OK
OK
If an Incident type ticket belonging to Project 1 changes to the Done status => no email is sent. However, sending n °1 should be done in this case.
Case 2 :
Configured sending of emails :
Email sending on Incident type ticket, Project 1, on new status Done.
Email sending on Anomaly type ticket, no project, on new status Done.
Result :
OK
No OK
If an Anomaly type ticket belonging to Project 1 changes to the Done status => no email is sent. However, sending n °2 should be done in this case. Indeed, sending n °2 should be done for all projects since there is no filter by project on it.

Log is clear : no destination could be calculated.
This can happen it you try and send email to responsible of ticket but responsible is not set of responsible has no email
Thank you for the answer.
I had investigated on this side but I confirm that a recipient is correctly defined.
The "do not receive own emails" setting is disabled.
In addition, the same recipient is defined in all mailings, and some work well. This therefore eliminates the concern of recipient.
If I remove the project from all mailings, then all are working. This makes me think that there is a concern specifically about sending mail by project.
