Hi,

You worked on ticket #5611 "Update status of version with multiple update: checkbox and date not updated".
I reproduce the same issue for products and projects in V9.2.2 on demo.projeqtor.org. Have you also planned a fix for multiple update of these (and maybe others) ?

On our platform (also in V9.2.2) we have the same issue on activities. But oddly enough, I don't reproduce on demo.projeqtor.org. Would you please have a lead or a solution to suggest ?

For information, these issues were not present in V9.0.6 and are probably related to the new multiple update of V9.1.

In addition, for some changes of state (example: closed => re-opened), individually, some dates are erased (example: closed date/time). By making the same state change via multiple update, the dates are not erased.

Thanks !

There seem to be an issue with products.

It seems to work fine for tickets.

Yes but not for projects (example : demo.projeqtor.org/view/main.php?directA...Project&objectId=479)

Thanks

Is this an issue ?

Hi Babynus,

I just figured out when exactly the checkbox and date is not updating with multiple update.
The problem seems to ultimately occurs when the micro-state (closed, done, in progress, ...) is not locked on the type. However, locking the microstate should not affect this behavior. Only the state setting is to be taken into account.

Example for the type of ticket :

I performed several tests by unlocking micro-states on types and got these results:
  • Multiple update Ticket : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
  • Multiple update Activity : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
  • Multiple update Project : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
  • Multiple update Product : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
  • Multiple update Product version : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
  • Multiple update Test case : Checkbox and date Ok in V9.0.6, Not Ok in V9.2.3.
It seems that the issue affects all types of items.
