Not assigned work isn't take in the timesheet day total

Hi,
Are the tickets linked to "Planning Activity".
Then time spend is already summed up on the acivity.

Indeed, the ticket must be linked to an activity of your project so that the time allocated to it is taken into account by your resource and in the project.

You must define an activity of your project as a planning activity by checking the "planning activity" box in the sterring section.
 

You then select this activity on the tickets screen in the treatment section.

If you do not have the box in the management section, it means that the global parameter allowing to define that each activity can be a planning activity is activated.
