Screen customization plugin issue

The check reported some issues. Fixing them did not solve the problem.
I guess that because those issues were related to manipulations we did long before the update, and that had no effect when we used this screen customization.

There is another issue: in the Project section, I observe a "hidden" picture at the progress and treatment parts, whereas they are not hidden (checked with the edit window).

We also observed a change in the name of a custom variable when upgrading from v. 9.3.5 to v. 9.4.2. I tried to reset the screen disposition: it does not work.
