Update to V11.1.4.
It works for a time (sending 3 mails) and error will be back...
Nothing in log.
In fact, i notice that there is an error when sending to myself (same mail as user connected).

An error or just no mail sent ?

Maybe you just activate option to not receive own mails
 

Or just face restrictions of some mail serveurs : if recipient is same as sender, no mail is sent (mail only stores in sent box)
