I'm facing a situation where I'm trying to make switch a group a resources from Monday.com to ProjeQtOr, without make to much fuss on their habits.
One of the use of the tool was to define priority of work in between the different tasks.
We have change the tool to ProjeQtOr to be able to have a better global schedule of the activities, where this team is needed.
But as the team is also used for customer support we need to schedule and prioritize tickets, actions and activities all together.
Therefore we would like to know if there is a unique view that shows for a set of resources (team, pool or other?) all the tasks (activities, tickets, actions) assigned to them, and define on an easy way (preferably graphically) the priority of those tasks.
Then we would like to see it on the Gantt view to show to our management the reason of delays if tickets are creating it.
You can use the "global" view to see Acitivities, Tickets, Actions on same list.
You can define and apply filters on this view to fit your need.
Unfortunately, this view does not include priority field.
Maybe you can use End Date.
You can also use the global planning view, with same kind of restrictions.
