[SOLVED] Ticket context customization

I'm not working in an IT environment but i would like to use the context fields of the ticket to classify the tickets.

I've found own to rename the context (from "OS" to e.g. "Product Type") but I didn't find where to change the values (Windows XP is not much meaning oin my case :()

How can I change those values?

Hi,

The list of context values can be found in Environment > Contexts.

The search integrated into the left menu (new V9 interface) makes it easy to find this menu.
