When I upgrade ProjeQtOr (6.2.x -> 6.4.1), the upgrade change the date of the last change on all activity :-(
I think it's not a bug, but if you can do something for the next update :)

It is migration to V6.3.0 that updates all items with a note.
Ticket #3008 recorded to avoid this.
Will be effectif on patch V6.4.2 for migrations from before V6.3.0 to V6.4.2 or after.
ALready migrated to V6.3 cannot avoid the update.
