This training is aimed at a “Project Manager” type audience. |

Prerequisites |
Participants are advised to have used the ProjeQtOr tool and to know the basic concepts of Project Management (Gantt chart, Work Breakdown Structure, workload management, project progress status, indicators , …) |

Objectives |
The objective is to present the planning functionalities of the project management software ProjeQtOr so that the trainees understand the different concepts handled and the objects involved. At the end of this module, trainees will be able to create, read and manage a project schedule with the ProjeQtOr tool by mastering the various necessary concepts. |

Means / Methods |
The approach is intended to be pragmatic by concretely showing the completion of tasks on the application. The presentation is carried out directly on a version of the application, using the existing user manual and a slideshow provided for this purpose, where applicable. |

Evaluation |
A MCQ of about ten minutes with immediate remediation will complete this day. |

Management |
The session is delivered by an experienced trainer who accompanies the trainees during the session. |
