[SOLVED] Creating Tickets by email doesn't work was created by RoBra81
Hello,

I'm using V9.5.3 and sent an email with subject "Warum geht das nicht" to create a ticket within ProjeQtOr. Unfortunately the ticket was not created (which worked in the past). The ProjeQtOr logfile says (containing parts of my subject after "concerning"):

2022-04-27 07:52:40.756 ----- DEBUG ----- User corresponding to email address is #5
2022-04-27 07:52:40.756 ===== TRACE ===== Could not retreive response (empty response) from 'xxx@xxx.com' mail concerning arum #eht
2022-04-27 07:52:40.756 ----- DEBUG -----


Could you please have a look on that?

We have made changes to password encryption.
Try entering the password for this box again, this should fix the problem

Hi,

Message is clear : system could not identify answer.
Just replying without adding text will insert no note.
Also note that message is expected "before" original message.

I don't want to reply to an existing ticket. I have a ticket system for creating new tickets by mail - that worked long time but now (I think since upgrading to 9.5) it's not working any more...

Hi,

ProjeQtOr can now integrate answers to mails send by the system in mailbox defined to enter new tickets.
Maybe your email is formatted in a way that is understood by the system as answer to existing mail.
Could you please post an exemple of email sent ?
