[SOLVED] Multiple affectation on project for an user : effectives rights ?

Hello,

I'm using affectation to give rights to user (nomal) but need to describe entire project team.
In my organization, some user can have multiple responsabilities on project (ex : ISS manager and Technical architect).
It is convenient to describe all (because some user want to see list of ISS managers, others technical architcts,...).
But, if effective rights on objects and screen are différents, what is the rules in ProjeQtOr ? Sum of the rights, more permissives, more restrictives or depending on order ?
Or i need to use "contact" for secondary (and more) affectation ? But it is more complex to manage because it means to put the more permissive profile as resource and others as contact...
