It is written in the userguide that you can copy a quotation to an order. Manually ? I don't see how.
I have another question about order. It is supposed to get automatically work from the planning. It doesn't seem to work.
I doesn't see also how to get the additional personnal cost.
For the billing, same problem. I don't see the link between order, real work, and billing. It seems to be all manual ?
Sorry but userguide is very vague on this.

On quotation, select button copy, then on piop-up form, change target item to order...

You can have link if you choose billing mode as "time and material" (seelction is on the project type).
Then you may define activity price and bill lines can be inserted from real work.
