ProjeQtOr : V5.1 is stable, plug-ins are available, new user guide, new graphic charter on website

ProjeQtOr V5.1 is now a stable release.

After V5.0, it is again a quite big version with a large number of new features.

With this feature, additional plug-ins will be proposed to extend ProjeQtOr perimeter beyond Project Management.

For instance, first plug-ins available give new translation capacity, with possibility to change any caption in the interface.

Plug-ins management will also give you the opportunity to integrate your own needs without changing existing code.
Then, you'll be able to keep you specific features upon upgrade of to new community version of ProjeQtOr.

ProjeQtOr V5.1 comes with new user guide, rebuilt to "sphinx doc" format for powerfull html documentation, dynamic and peasant to look at. 

User guide is also available in PDF format.
