Ticketing : issue to show ticket

Hello,

i need to open ticketing for ProjeQtOr's instance : report issue, ask for project creation, ask for new ressource, etc...
I create a special project named "Gestion ProjeQtOr", only accessible by members of fonctionnal team (admin and so).
So, i open ticket screen to users and set access rights to "creator +" that seems to be to right profile for me (can read and create ticket on every project, so can do it on "Gestion ProjeQtOr" but can only delete or modify is own elements).
This work for creating tickets but, after creation, ticket is no more visible in tickets list... It seems to be like if "reading rights" are not set.
Like a member of "Gestion ProjeQtOr", i can access the ticket and modify it :
 
but redactor can't do that.

Here are the access rights (RCP profile is "Chef de Projet")
 

Got exactly the same.
User can create ticket but can't see anything.
I receive notification of ticket creation and can see it with administrator profile but not the creator.

Administrative projects are not accessible when favorites project are selected.
So, with favorite list (set up before testing tickets), you can't see the tickets on administrative project.

It seems it need to be modifed because admiistrative project are nromaly accessible by everyone and have not to be selected in favorite list for users ?
I am wrong ?
