Hi,
I'm wondering if the field "project manager", in "Project" screen does not exist anymore in v.5.x (I'm using v5.1 - my stage version) on purpose. In v. 4.5.5 (my production version), this field appears.
Is it is on purpose, how could I set who the project manager is? I believe the Affectation list should not be used for that, or should it? If yes, how will it work with more than one user with "project leader/manager" profile? I say that since I may more than one user with project manager/leader profile. In that cases, who would appear as the project manager (the one responsible for the project)?
When I say "appear", you may consider the "manager" column exhibed in project list/grid (project screen).
Thanks in advance for clarifying my doubts.
Kind regards.
You're righ, Project Manager has disapeard as such...
... because it is now call "Creator", and diplayed as icon.
But when I read your request, I understand that this is not a lucky choice.
So I'll try and find bet improvement to retrieve the "manager" informationé", while keeping the "creator" also.
As this is not so simple, it will not be done on a patch, but in V5.1.
By the way, you may concider "Creator" as Project Manager : he will be conciered as such in the emails notifications.
