ProjeQtOr V4.5.3 is new "Last Stable Release"

ProjeQtOr continues its improvements.

V4.5.3 has just been deployed, fixing last identified issues on V4.5.

As usual V4.5 brings more reliability and stability while bringing new features :

improved affectations management with start and end dates, taken into account by planning calculation
new access mode to give a user access to the elements he is responsible of
new API functionality to retrieve data from criteria parameters
multiple updates to change the type
several GUI improvements
ability to process texts of more than 4000 characters:
and other miscellaneous improvements
