[SOLVED] Copy project creates new project but then deletes it and gives notice

I apologize in advance if this is easy, or I couldn't find it in the forum -- I did search and did try to exhaust all existing information.

Am using ProjeQtOr V8.6.4 (272) on self-hosted Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS administered using Plesk. ProjeQtOr instance has been working fine, with no errors or unexpected results.

I created and over a period of weeks refined a project with approximately 30 activities and about 8 milestones. Nothing too complicated -- phase to phase dependencies, and no resource utilization or anything complex in my opinion.Once I got my project to where I wanted it, I tried to make a copy of it, since I was going to "fork" it with and modify it for a new approach, but leveraging much of what was already created. NOTE -- since I'm a newer user, I had NOT set the project to "Template" type -- at least initially. I hope that didn't cause this problem.

When I tried to copy the project the green notification flashed at the top of the screen like it worked fine and the notification stated that the project was successfully created, with the next (whatever number it flashed) ID (the next project ID). HOWEVER, immediately thereafter, the screen went blank (in the details space) and did not go back to the normal details screen, but showed only a notification that said "It seems this project has just been deleted. Please refresh the list." I've attached a screen print of what the notification was -- EACH time.I tried to copy the project again -- multiple times -- and each time it showed the same success notification, with the same deletion error. I then changed the project type to Template thinking perhaps that would fix it. It didn't. I probably tried to copy the project with multiple settings, etc. 6 to 10 times. I always received the same error.

Since I am the Admin, I checked all the settings, and did consistency checks -- everything showed fine. I checked any setting I could think of that would remotely impact this function but couldn't figure out where anything was wrong. I then did forum and google searches and came up with nothing I could find that was on point. However, when I looked at the logs, the logs from the prior week or so showed no issues -- and were very small. Entries were basically logged in, logged out. The log today ( when this issue happened) however was VERY large -- many MB, and when reviewing it starting right at the time I tried to copy the project multiple times, there were lots of SQL errors during the period when I was trying to perform the copy activity.

I have attached the log to this issue, but have replaced the URL of my project domain instance for security. I'm happy to provide the actual log but wasn't sure it was safe to do it on the forum. Anyway, any assistance would be appreciated and whether this is user error -- or -- unexpected functioning. Thank you.

I had to cut the log file pretty significantly to get it under 2MB but this should give you the idea. I also replaced the URL of the actual instance with a placeholder for security in a public forum posting. From what I can see from what I removed, it's pretty much the same as what is in this log. I just kept trying it over and over and getting the same result.

I will upgrade to the newest version when I can but still was hoping to find out if it was me, or a program bug.

I upgraded to version 8.6.6 (274), latest version, and it appears to have fixed the issue. I copied the project -- and it worked as it should.
