email problem for creating notes

hello
when we add a note we see that email is sent but wr do not receive ant thing.
email config is ok brcause we receive emails when we send directly emails from projeqtor ajso thee configuration for sending alrt when craete a note s ok

I chaged Global Parameter "Send emails as current user". to "No". and does not work , same situation test email works , direct email works , only emails when someone adds anote does not work : we that email is sent but we do not receive any thing.
