In the planning view exporting to MS project xml does not work properly:
Not fixed planned task with relationships are exported as milestones.

Can you give us specific examples of cases, to help correct it. Because we transmit the right information to ms project but the software in certain cases can automatically transform the activity into a milestone if some information is missing in the activity

We won't spend time to import / analyse your DB on this free support.
Please provide use case, for instance reproduce on Demo and give us the ids of items (id of exported project)
