Hello,
I am facing several issue.
I don't want to use the voting feature on tickets. Despite not activating the module, the vote section is still displayed in the ticket.
How can I disable this ?

Second problem, I tried to deactivate the section via the personalization plugin but it disrupts the full display of the ticket sections .

Hello,

It seems that it is the customization of the screens on the tickets that is the cause of the malfunction. By testing with your file, there is indeed a problem.
We are immediately working on the correction for the next patch !

In the meantime, to work around the problem, you can, in the screen customization plugin, hide this section by editing the field corresponding to the vote.

You will surely get an error message on the personalization screen, refresh the page (maybe several times

I have the same issue if I hide this section by editing the field corresponding to the vote.

I will wait for the patch.

For your information, the same manipulation on the simple ticket screens, seems to work correctly.
