I have a administrator profile. I have created tickets (status : recorded) but I can't see them. Please check the doc attached.

Several causes possible :
  • your layout is inconsistent
    For instant you added new field through customisation and added it to be displayed in the list of tickets, then your removed to customized field : layout is incincsistent.
    => Just reset the layout for tickets.
  • access rights have changed for profile Admin so that this profile cannot see tickets
    => Check access rights
  • your user is allocated to projects with a profile that restricts its access to tickets
    => Check all allocations on your user page.
