Report "Colored monthly resource planning" failed to parse date

Hello

The reason for the following bug is, that there is added a leading 0 (too much) in case of month < 10
If reports for october to december are created, then it is ok --> month  >= 10 --> OK

The report for "Colored monthly resource planning fails.

Specially the date in the following logged lines is very strange 2024-001-1
