Hello,

since update to version V11.1.1 the tickets created by input mailbox are getting the initial state "Copied" which in my opinion isn't correct.

Hello

We do not reproduce.
The tickets received in the email box are in the first state of the workflow "recorded" and not in the "copied" status.
Did you have any update problems? Did you have any errors in the logs?

I had no problems during update and no error within the log. I can't find a state "copied" within our configuration (I think it's an internal state) and since we use german interface with translated states, we don't have a state or workflow "recorded". Workflow used for tickets is "Default" and first state (ID 1) is "angelegt".

It seems there is an issue.
We create on status "copied" to store followed before moving to status recorded.
But if option 'add recipient to followers' is not checked, the ticket is kept in status "copied".
Will be fixed
