I mean an export of the database, if your data is not confidential.
Or maybe just print screens.

database is not possible - there are a lot of projects already, screen shots will not give you enough information i believe

screen shots will not give you enough information i believe

Mybe at least screen shot of planning showing the 2 tasks, and 1 screen shot per task detail.
