We noticed that some users (regardless of profile, project rights, browser, cache files - we tested it on many cases and people with the same permissions and profiles, some can do it others can't) can't add a second and subsequent customer. Is this a mistake? Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Do you have any projeqtor log errors? log console errors? What version are you on?

no logs or errors are displayed, the only “symptom” is the suspension of the programme, the failure to save changes. We are using version v11 3.2

On which Screen do you face this behavior.
(I looked at your screenshot but can't remember a screen where we have Customer & Customer Type & Contact)

There is no "Client" field on Ticket screen.
 
So you did customize Ticket screen ?
