Planning activity real work error does not reflect the work on the ticket

we are in version 12.02 we noticed that in multiple case when we create a ticket associated to a planning activity. the ressources updates the real work on the ticket for examle for 1 day than in the planning activity projeqtor automaticly  updates real work for the ressource to another value usually very big number such as 200 Man day in the planning activity or 40 man day and the real work on the ticket is 1 day or 3 days. This value is in grey in the planning activity assignation.
All the reports and KPI reflect this incorrect situation  such as project dashbord , charges KPI ... The only the report that reflects the real values is the report for real work per ressource.

please find the details  
there is one ticket ( ticket 54 : parsing of office 365) , this ticket is associated to an activity planning with the same name.
the ressource works and updates real work on the ticket total reel work on the ticket is one day.
in the report of detailled charges per activity we see one day for the activity parsing of office 365 which is normal as it is the activity planning of the ticket 54 ( parsing of office 365 ) as it reflects the reel work updated on the ticket linked to it as this ticket is synchronized with the activity of plaaning.
When we go to the assignation section of the task parsing office 365 we see assigned day = zero  this is because this assignation comes from the synchronized ticket which normal but Unfortunatly the reel work is 35,7 days this have been done by projeqtor it self as the ressource did updated the reel work only in the synchroniozed ticket associated with this activity of planning.
Also the project reel work in the section projects is also affected by this bevaviour and mentions a total days that include the not correct 35.7 days this is also reflected in the report KPI of charges but all the other reports of reel work show the coorect value of the reel work as it is mentioned in ticket : one day.
