[SOLVED] user have problems to edit new "varchar" fields

V12.2.3
We've added some additional section which contains additional lists and a field with varchar (100) 
These additional fields are only shown for specific project types.
As administrator it was no problem to edit and safe the text in this new varchar fields, but our user has problem to edit the field. When he clickt in it it seams that it registers that there is a change in the filed once he is tying, but the filed remains empty...

If there is already something in this field, the user cannot add more text, but he can delete existing text.

There is no debug or error in the logfile, which gives a hint

You can ignore that topic...
Maybe it had to do with some update, delay or refresh in the browser. It didn't reoccur anymore, after the user started his system this morning again...
We will observe it and come back if it reapears or we can reproduce it...
