error when i go in List of Values

error when i go in List of Values was created by amitT
when i go in List of Values / Workflows, select any-one workflow I have in the section Workflow Diagram this message:
ERROR : An error occured on 2012-03-21 at 18:26:49

I havn't remark if it's since I've added some news status.
Do you have any idea about that?

The log file indicates this lines:
2012-03-21 16:59:43 ***** ERROR ***** on file '/var/www/projectorria/model/Workflow.php' at line (227)
2012-03-21 16:59:43 ***** ERROR ***** cause = Undefined offset: 2

Very strange issue.
I checke dthe code : it happens when dealing with an array completely filled in few lines above, so I don't get why you get this issue.

It seems the list of status used is different between fulfillment of array and list of array items...

What version are you using ? 2.0.1 ?
Do you have the possiblity to stop / restart your MySql server ? (maybe wrong cache issue)

To be able to reproduce and analyse, could you export the content of tables :
- status
- profile
- workflow
- workflowstatus
