Chinese menu doesn't work

I followed the instruction to use a Chinese menu, but it doesn't work, I just got a lot of "???"

I use the "pt" column as Chinese and try translate some lines into Chinese.
As you told me, I checked my Lang.js file in the <pt> folder, it looks like this:

targetValue: "target value",
Team: "Team",
Term: "Term",
TestCase: "???嬚??????",
TestCaseRun: "Test case run",
TestCaseType: "Test cases type",
TestSession: "Test session",
TestSessionType: "Test sessions type",
themeBlue: "dark blue",

for the [ TestCase: "???嬚??????", ] , should be [ TestCase: "测试样例",]
I was confused.

I edit the lang.js directly, It works.
