Requirements - "Product" : empty value when "Project" is filled

Hello all,

I was on 4.5.2 and just upgrated to 4.5.4 and the problem still exists :

When i want to register a new requirement, I can choose a "Product" from the menu as long as i didn't fill a "Project".
-> If i choose a Project, then i can't select any Product in the menu (empty menu).

If i delete the project name from the menu, I can see again the products in the menu.

Is it a bug, or some parameters that changed ?
It worked good before, i could fill it any order but not anymore.
