auto install plugin

I want to upgrade to new version 6.0.5 with autoinstall, but i have a problem, look on log file:

and i have change the filesize with 50m on php.ini

yes I restart Apache2 with:
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

access write is ok... it's not the good way.
