New profile made on 1.6.2 release erase during update to 1.8.1

I'm coming back

I have update the software from 1.7.0 to 1.8.1 and my new profile missing in list of profile, same for resource. I have re-execute configuration tool by erasing the parametersLocation.php this is a error ? is it dangerous for the content of database?

How I can restore all profile, resource... stored in database?

PS : I made a presentation to my manager, he appreciate your good job and thinks the software very close to our usage but due to strategic tool in company he prefere look for all solution before launching any change in our system.

I'm pointing to default database ProjectOria instead of mine
