(1) I am not finding any error in browser...
(2) I am using chrom Version 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
(3) Did browser cache clean
(4) Tried on IE

Problem in both browser...

Very weird.

It seems to be some server issue (otherwise you yould also produce on demo).
We must find some logging.
Last apache log you posted loks loke accees log. Apache has several log files and one dedicated to errors.
Can you please check again.

Found again request calling page "objectStream.php"

The "failed to load response data" is a know issue on Chrome (not linked to the error shown in projeqtor).
Can you please try ith another browser (firefox for instance) ?
