problem of slowness

I found the mistake with the log files, I've not install the plugins...

now with plugin the new database is exactly the same as the old one. But exactly the same slowness ......

I do not understand ? is it possible to slow database with customization plugin or other plugin ?

i install plugin : perf good
I import data : perf bad !!!

i have issue on data ... But how can I fixed it ?

is it possible to send you my backup database to check the issues ?
