Illegal string offset 'Position' was created by xSmorpheusSx
During generation of a ticket report, the following error occurs.

2017-12-27 10:52:10.475 ***** ERROR ***** [V6.4.4] on file ...'\projeqtor\external\pChart\pData.class' at line (57)
2017-12-27 10:52:10.476 ***** ERROR ***** [V6.4.4] cause = Illegal string offset 'Position'

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Follow-up
  2. Reports
  3. Tickets
  4. report for tickets cumulated - number of days
  5. export to pdf / show report

This is due to incompatibility with PHP7.1
ProjeQtOr V6.4 is not cxompatible witr PHP 7.1
Compatibility is brought on V6.5
