Hi
I try to import files as a milestone activity ... automatically "automatic import", I have filled in the necessary fields but I find an error.
The same file If I import it manually, it works but it does not work when I import automatically.
can you give me some direction

I guess you has some recent migration.
Try and restart CRON.
When not retarded, CRON always work with old code.

the file can't be import automatic

Hi,

You have character set issue.
All accentuated characted are displayed wrong on Excel.
Try and use CSV of maybe file transfer was not appropriate.
