[SOLVED] Error message for new install of v7.2.4

Hello,

I have an error message when i install the version 7.2.4 from scratch :
ERROR : An error occurred on 2018-10-11 at 12:43:05

In log I have this lines :
2018-10-11 12:43:05.034 ***** ERROR ***** [] ERROR *****
2018-10-11 12:43:05.034 ***** ERROR ***** [] on file '/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/projeqtor_OOB_724/model/Cron.php' at line (266)
2018-10-11 12:43:05.034 ***** ERROR ***** [] cause = fopen(/RESTART): failed to open stream: Permission denied

I test also for a migration from 7.1.2 to 7.2.4, and I don't have error message.

I have tested your solution and it's OK, I can log in with Admin.

But I have another issue. I'm going create another issue.
