Bug on custom field confidentiality was created by lsigroup
Hi,
I created a custom field i insert in ticket screen.
some profile are not able to view it. But on status selection change (either by clicking on direct status button or by changing status in drop down list and then clicking on SAVE button) this confidential field is appearing during comit operation. Security is not good and i'm not able to use this field.
Please help urgently

It is also the same regarding not customed field which are locked fields... Indeed, on commit, the fields becomes available few seconds before coming bcl to locked

Hi,

This occurs when hidden field is in "Ticket - Work", and only on that case.
This will be fixed.
