Calendar, textfields, emailing improvements

Dear all,
In case of doubt, I prefer simplicity and performance before comfort. Current solution is OK. A editor is comfortable, but not mandatory from my pov.

Ok with Klaus (climb4fun) point of view. It's not a priority to have a better text editor.


Perhaps only for few fields, such as the "Notes" field :
I use this field in "activities" or "meetings" screens to write "in live" my notes or minutes of meetings, of telephone discussions...


But a "limited" editor will be also good : bold, italic, underline, (color ? url ?). That's enough.
You can see that many editors can limit their fonctionnalities : CkEditor, TinyMce...

But writing these few functions with some php tags can also be a better solution to control the impact on few selected textarea fields.


I don't need adding pictures or having a "MsWord's clone" in Project'Or RIA !

3 years after this discussion, I don't know if the Rich Text Editor is integrated (or planned to be integrated ) at least on Description of Tickets. It is very helpfull mainly when I am describing an Anomaly or bug, I can attach by DragDrop a Print Screen.
also within descriptions : we can insist on words, by colors, by underline .. etc.
I have been using multiple Project Management tools before (TFS, Redmine, Bitrix, gForge ...) and generally this is something offered by default.
