Add organisation in advanced filter criteria

Filter by Organizattion could be available for items where Organization is defined.
For instance, if you use the Screen Customization plugin to add idOrganization on Action form, you'll automatically have Organization in advances filter.

Now, as default Action Form does not have Organization set, advances filter won't work.
To have this, we should add a specific fetature to propose Organisation filters, but then should it be Organization of user/resource or Organization of Project ?

Very specific need, not sure we'll do it one day.
