Using COLOR as HEALTH INDICATOR

I don't now if everyone is using COLORS in project.

We use it as Health indicator, to be able to see directly in TODAY SCREEN projects which are "normal state" (green), "late" (yellow), "with risk" (high probability) (red), "with problem" (black) or "still" (either not launched or paused) (grey).

So, color selector proposes large choice of color, then it is possible to make evolution with a new field (per example "Project health"), but, if color is not very used, it will be simpliest to restrict color palette, then it will be easily done.

just let me chip in for colors: An international agreed color scheme for this purpose is "RAG" (Traffic light rating system). RAG means Red, Amber (means yellow), Green.
