Meeting linked items

Hi,
I'd like to propose an evolution to the meeting screen, so it could be used as a complete meeting minutes record.

In the section designed for Linked Items, I'd like to suggest to include a/two column(s) for showing the responsible and planned date for the linked items.
With that in place, it would be very easy to check out who's responsible for the items related to a meeting, like actions, decisions, questions, risks, etc, and when it's due date.

Printing, PDF report and mailing show also have these information, so it could be shared with the meeting attendees (especially those who don't use the software like directors, senior management, etc, which prefer to read an email).

In my opinion, the columns used for date/time and user could be replaced by the ones mentioned above, and the information related to who included the linked item and when, could be moved to the log section.
