I searched a lot but I could not find alerts for specificic actions (not conditions).
Is it possible to have alerts for events like new note, new attachement etc. (like mail notifications)?
When there are a lot of activities, tasks etc, and something happens to one (or more) of them, we have to check our email to see what happened and where.
I think that when we are connected to the system, it would be more productive to see an alert with what happened.

did you check "mails on event" feature? May be this is what you looking for - please consult the manual for details.

Yes. I know about email notification.
I am talking about real time alerts. When I am logged in and someone makes a change, it would be more productive to see an alert (down on the right cornet) instead of looking my emails to see if anything happened.

I see your point.
Alerts are defined in Controls & Automation - Indicators. What it see, your request is not available as an in indicator criterion.

Could be some extent of "emails on event", defined like indicators, with possibility to send email and/or alert.
