Enhanced control and workflow

Hi,

First of all, congratulations for the great application you have developed. It's so complete and provides almost all the funcionalities a project manager may need. Honestly, thank you, very good job, please keep on working the same way

We are evaluating to use it within our company and we are missing mainly two things:
- The possibility of creating new fields (I know someone has already requested it)
- The possibility of configuring what fields can be changed and what fields cannot depending on the status of the project/activity and the profile of the user that is editing the project/activity.

For example, the duration of an activity could be edited when the status is "new" but shouldn´t be changed when the status is "in development".
