An interesting thing for semplifying life to our users would be not to force them to learn another username, so I ask if it would be possible in the future to make a login using the email address.
Of course email address should be unique among all users.

Already thought of that, but we would loose the privacy of email.
I mean, external people casually working in project should see usernames, not sure they should see emails.

I don't understand the notion of privacy for a communication means :silly:
And only admin (users who have access to user screen) would see user names, because if user have a "real name" defined, this last one is displayed in lists.
