Improved resource planning window usability

Hello!
When working with the resource planning window would be very useful 2 functions that are missing now:
1) when minimizing the resource would like to see for clarity is not the full range of its tasks, and distributed by day tasks as implemented in MS Project (see image). This will greatly simplify the task of determining the free days of the resources for assigning tasks to them.
2) the resource planning window displays only the resources of the current project, but very often you want to see the distribution of tasks of a group of users belonging to different projects. Could you implement the functionality of mapping the distribution to an arbitrary group of resources, again as implemented in MS Project (see image).

2) Using commands is not very convenient, because our resources are multifunctional and can be in different teams. And in each case, a selection of resources must be selected for the analysis of the load individually .
