Hello,
I think there is a form or a report where we can read the history or journal of a ticket but I do not find it.
It should show information like :
02/02/2019 Creation of ticket by user1
03/02/2019 Status change of ticket from Recorded to In Progress
05/02/2019 Assignation of Responsible for ticket
10/02/2019 Status change from In Progress to Done
15/02/2019 Ticket closed

Go to user parameter, and check parameter "show history"
If you set to "no", you'll see history at bottom of item.
If you select to "on request", you'll have new button (hourglass) to access history when you need.
My advise is to select second option (you won't impact performance when you don't need history)
