Hello,

I have un issue and would like to know if it is the normal behaviour:

I'll try to explain :

I have a resource that was the Teamleader of a project until june. I put an end date (28/06/2019) to the allocation to that project. Since that, he can't see the data from that project in the reports anymore, even for the previous months. This is a problem because he can't even print a timesheet of may, if he needs, his timesheet is not complet, he only gets the information of other projects.

How can I solve this? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

The behavior is notmal : if allocation is closed or date passed;it means the resource looses rights on the project.
Reports have this restriction.
But the timeshett screen does not take into account allocation dates, so the resource should see all data.
The resource can have access to the '"old" project : he just has to activate "Archive mode" (in project selector parameters)
