Hi all,

I have associated some milestones to the completion of activities.
Is there a way of having the milestones automatically updated to "done" when the activity is completed?

Hello

No, the only mechanism that we propose is to lock the macros states (in progress, done, closed ...) and to be able to modify them only with the status.

What do you mean by lock?
Do you no longer want automations to be triggered for these macro states?

In this case, go to the types of elements concerned and to the "behavior" section. Uncheck the related automatisms.
 

Then you must uncheck the automations on the states in the list of values.

My question on locking the macro states was based on your first reply but now I understand what you explained there.
